^*Amateur groups of four registering to play together get $10 off of the foursome price for a total of $60.

*Family of 2 adults and up to 3 children pay $50.

Tournament entrants should have their
payment and entry forms in by June 15, 2013.

2013 Pioneer Civitan Pro-Am Miniature Golf Tournament Information

1. Players, age 7 and up, men or women, are eligible. Professionals should be members of the U.S. Pro Mini-Golf Association. The course is handicapped accessible. Players may bring their own putter or rent from FunTyme. A Miniature Golf Ball will be provided.

2. This is a charity tournament, with proceeds benefiting Special Olympics Michigan. Entry forms should be completed and mailed to Pioneer Civitan, PO Box 26901, Lansing, MI 48909-9061 or emailed to pioneercivitan@gmail.com. There is an entry fee of $20 for each amateur ($60 for group of four registering together or family of 2 adults and 3 children for $50) and $125 for each mini-golf professional, plus additional $10 for practicing a day earlier, paid in advance. Checks should be made payable to Pioneer Civitan Club and sent by June 15, 2013. Payment can also be made online through PayPal. Players 7-18 need parental consent on their player entry form. Registration fees increase after June 15, 2013.

3. Each player will receive a mini-golf ball, scoring card, pencil, program and a T-shirt.

4. Food will be provided at cost at FunTyme Adventure Park.

5. A silent auction on Saturday associated with this event. Players are welcome to bid on silent auction items.

7. Entrants agree to be part of any pre or post-tournament publicity associated with the tournament.

8. No alcohol or smoking will be allowed at the tournament site.
